About Arthur Carroll Insurance Agency

In 1984, the Arthur Carroll Insurance Agency was established.  We are an independent family-owned agency that covers seven states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont).  We write policies in those States for crops that are insurable through the Federal Crop Insurance Program. We work with “Approved Insurance Providers” who offer these USDA products along with a number of private insurance products.  Our staff commits 100% of their time to Crop Insurance and strives to give the best service possible to the agricultural communities of the Northeast.

“The Crops of New York and New England are as diverse as the land we grow on.  Arthur Carroll Insurance Agency has grown along with the Federal Crop Insurance Program since 1984.  We see how policies work across our region and can help you understand how these policies can work for your operation.  Our goal is to help you make informed risk management decisions.”

Our motto is: "We will do our very best for you!"
